Janna King
Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Janna King is a seasoned healthcare attorney, with more than 20 years of experience in both private practice and in-house roles. Janna has extensive in-house experience on the continuum of healthcare, ranging from acute inpatient care to home health, with a focus on legal and regulatory aspects of the rehabilitation industry. Prior to Physiotherapy Associates, she served as General Counsel for UMC, U.S. Physical Therapy and BRCH.

Janna oversees Physiotherapy’s legal affairs, including litigation, governance, contracting, health law, labor and employment, and regulatory matters affecting the company’s outpatient physical/occupational therapy and orthotics and prosthetics businesses. Janna holds an undergraduate degree from Mid-America Nazarene University and a J.D. from the University of Memphis, where she was an honors graduate and served on the University of Memphis Law Review and editorial board.
