Jayne Fleck Pool, PT, SCS, ATC
Chief Compliance Officer & Senior Vice President Clinical Services

Jayne oversees Physiotherapy’s clinical services and compliance functions including clinical training, continuing education, quality management, compliance, regulatory affairs and Medicare program administration. She partners with clinical operations to share best practices, advance clinical competencies and improve patient care.

Previously, Jayne held leadership positions with NovaCare Outpatient Rehabilitation, MATRIX Rehabilitation and Benchmark Medical, Inc. Jayne has developed and executed national clinical services strategies, led reengineering initiatives and implemented compliance programs.  

Jayne graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Biology and Washington University Medical School in St. Louis with a degree in Physical Therapy.  She is also a board certified specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and a Certified Athletic Trainer.
