Laura Porter
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Laura joined Physiotherapy Associates in 2008.  Her passion for human resources is demonstrated every day, as she leads a team of human resource professionals dedicated to helping us attract and retain our company’s most valuable resource—our clinicians and associates.

Previously, Laura provided executive leadership of the human resource function at SunCom Wireless, Inc.  She also held leadership positions with U.S. Physicians, Inc., NovaCare, Inc. and Sports Physical Therapy, Inc.

Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources from Temple University.
