Residency Program

The future of advancing patient care rests in the education process of new and upcoming orthotic and prosthetic graduates. These clinicians will be responsible for implementing state-of-the-art practices and procedures, as well as developing advanced protocols and treatment processes to help patients achieve their goals.

At Benchmark O&P, we leverage the expertise of our clinical leaders to provide graduates with a comprehensive residency program encompassing an optimum learning environment and structured curriculum. Our commitment to education allows us to employ some of the best clinicians in the field. Many of our certified prosthetists, orthotists and fitters have specific areas of expertise and experience, and some are nationally recognized. Serving as teaching staff and mentors to new graduates, our exceptional clinicians are key resources in the development and implementation of our residency program.

We promise residents a broad clinical experience, from a comprehensive understanding of orthotics and prosthetics for general patient care, to the diverse education of upper- and lower-extremity specialties, including microprocessor knees and myoelectric devices for high-level patient care. Most importantly, residents learn our unique approach of partnering with our patients and leave our program ready to help patients live life better.
