Rick Binstein
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Rick has been involved in the legal and regulatory aspects of the rehabilitation industry for nearly 20 years, serving as General Counsel for NovaCare, Inc., Benchmark Medical, Inc. and now Physiotherapy Associates.

Rick oversees all of Physiotherapy’s legal affairs, including leasing, contract review, and regulatory efforts affecting the outpatient rehabilitation industry.  He also serves as a business partner with the operations group to help them achieve their goals.

Rick holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and a J.D. from The Catholic University of America.
