Our Sport-specific Training Program is a medically-based training program that will build strength and confidence–creating the foundation for athletic success!

Our Sport-specific Training Programs are designed from current literature, peer-reviewed articles and research. Each client receives an evaluation to assess motion/flexibility, strength, core stability, balance and vision/vestibular function and an individualized program to address deficits and to improve performance in sport.
Programs Offered
Beginner Athlete
- FUNdamentals of movement in an “organized play” environment
- Simple movement skill sets, coordination, and basic strength, all performed with body weight
Intermediate Athlete
- Instilling a healthy lifestyle
- Intermediate acceleration and velocity skills
- Basic plyometrics training
- Strength enhancement as external-resistance strength skills are introduced

High Performance Athlete
