Susan Hoeflich
Vice President, Contracting and Payer Relations

Susan Hoeflich joined the Physiotherapy Associates team in 2009 as the Vice President of Contracting and Payer Relations. Her areas of responsibility include oversight of payer and industrial rehabilitation contracting, credentialing and both of the networks managed by Physiotherapy Associates, known as PhysioLink and Rehabilitation Services Network (RSN). 

Susan has more than 16 years of healthcare experience primarily in the areas of contracting, credentialing, provider relations and operations through a diverse cross-section of healthcare services. Most recently, Susan served as Vice President of Managed Care Contracting and Reimbursement with US Physical Therapy, Inc. Her previous experience included leadership roles in the areas of diagnostic imaging, oncology practice management, physician services, hospital-owned networks, academic medicine, and IPAs.
