The Portage Park Clinic has been proudly serving the area with state-of-the-art, full-service outpatient therapy services since 2005. We have extensive experience and training in dealing with a variety of patient populations including Worker's Compensation, Medicare, Commercial Insurance, Injured athletes, General orthopedic Injuries and Spine conditions. These services include, but are not limited to, Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Acute patient care, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Work Hardening and Work Conditioning Programs, Home exercise Programs, Ergonomic Assessments, Functional Job Analysis and Pre Employment and Post offer testing.
