Damien Howell MS, PT, OCS has more than 32 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy. Howell's treatment philosophy is "Give a man a fish & he will eat for a day; teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime." Damien has taught many therapists in the Richmond area, along with treating many physicians & therapists.
