Staff

Lori Strobl, PT, DPT, is the clinic director of the West End office and multi-site director for the Richmond area, including the Mechanicsville office. She works to create a dynamic where the patient is ultimately responsible for the recovery and maintenance of their health. She enjoys educating patients on their pathology and contributing biomechanical and ergonomic factors that relate to their current condition. She uses skilled manual therapy and an exercise-based approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Damien Howell PT, DPT, OCS has more than 32 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy. His treatment philosophy is "Give a man a fish & he will eat for a day; teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime." Damien has taught many therapists in the Richmond area, along with treating many physicians & therapists.
